Carondelet and De La Salle Seniors! Get ready for a night of fun, dancing, food, casino games, and a fantastic view of the city. This event is for 12th graders at Carondelet and De La Salle and ONE outside guest.
Guest Passes must be submitted to the Deans by Monday, March 31st, before 3:00 PM ***NOTE: This is our first day back to school after spring break***
⏰ Time: Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 7:00 - 10:00 PM. Students should arrive before 7:30 and may leave starting at 9:30. All students must be picked up by 10:00 PM
📍 Location: City View Metreon 135 Fourth Street, Suite 4000, San Francisco, CA 94103. Enter from Yerba Buena Gardens and head upstairs.
🚌 Parking: There is a parking garage located at 1721 Webster Street that is open to the public on weekends. There is also the Fox Theatre parking garage located at 419 19th St. Students taking buses and limos will have a designated drop-off space on Mission St.
🌮🍓 Food: Walking tacos with ground turkey, chocolate fountain desserts, and beverages. To request a special meal, please indicate dietary restrictions on registration.
🎟 Tickets: The Last Day to buy tickets is Monday, March 31st. We have a tiered ticket pricing starting at $165 and capping at $195. This will ensure that we cover the cost and encourage families to purchase tickets early. Tickets will go on sale on 3.10.25 for $165. On 3.21.25 the cost goes up to $180. On Monday, 3.31 the last chance price is $195. Students CAN NOT purchase at the door. Late tickets will be sold for $215 (the venue charges us a per-person late fee for any tickets purchased after 3.31). Buy your tickets early for early bird pricing.
🤵🏽👗 Dress code: Formal. Men should wear suits or tuxes. Ties, bowties, and jackets are required. Women should wear formal dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. Please follow the guidelines listed in the handbook for appropriate attire. Students can seek guidance from the Deans if they have questions about attire.
All students must bring their student IDs for admittance. No physical tickets are required.
Tickets start at $180, and will follow a tiered pricing structure with a final price of $225 the week prior. You can purchase them here until Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Check-in begins at 5:30 PM. Students must be dropped off at Carondelet by 5:45 PM. Families can pick up their students from De La Salle at 10:30 PM. Please do not arrive back at school earlier than 10:00 PM.
