At Carondelet, service and community are the core of all we do. Our students learn and experience the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph, which brings us together in unifying love and service of the dear neighbor without distinction. The words “community” and “sisterhood” apply to our students AND our families. As a freshman family, we want to ensure there are many opportunities for you to connect with our community and form lifelong friendships. A wonderful way to create these new relationships is through volunteering and supporting the programming we have on campus. To create a dynamic, inclusive school environment, we invite Freshman parents/guardians to actively participate in volunteer opportunities for the 2024-25 academic year. This contribution supports various activities and programs, allows parents to connect, and enhances the overall school experience for you and your daughter.
With that in mind, we invite you to take part in our “Volunteer Commitment” program for the class of 2028. We ask each family to participate in a way that is meaningful and achievable for them, with the goal of full participation at five (5) points per family. There are ample opportunities to get involved and volunteer:
As a volunteer on campus, you will need to be cleared through our volunteer clearance program. Please take some time to review the clearance steps and get the process started - I am here to help if you have any questions! There will be a running list of upcoming events on our volunteer page and share to our @carondelet_fam instagram regularly (please follow us!).
Working together and modeling for our students creates a vibrant and enriching school community for all. I look forward to connecting with your family to help grow our amazing community!
Thank you,
