Asian Pacific Islander
Asian Pacific Islander Club 2025–26
Our club’s mission is to create a supportive environment where members can celebrate, explore, learn, and share their diverse Asian Pacific Islander cultures with both Carondelet and De La Salle communities. We want to help build a sense of belonging for members and educate the school community about different Asian Pacific Islander cultures. Additionally, we strive to help students feel more connected and represented in their heritage. Overall, our club’s mission is to promote cultural awareness, strengthen community, and give students a space where their identities are respected, valued, and celebrated.
Latinas Unidas
Latinas Unidas’ mission and purpose is to help positively celebrate, learn, and connect with our Latinx culture among our students! We hope to share Hispanic heritage positively to our schools!
Middle Eastern Club
The Middle Eastern Club aims to educate and spread awareness about the diverse cultures, histories, and contributions of the Middle East. We seek to provide a space for learning, foster understanding, and celebrate the region’s rich heritage.
Jewish Club
Our club’s mission/purpose statement is to provide a safe space to share Jewish culture. We want to bring the Jewish community together and for people to feel confident to express who they are.

Filmmakers Club 2025–26
The Carondelet and De La Salle Theatre Company is a fun way to meet students from both campuses while doing what you love. Whether you’re into acting, directing, building sets, designing costumes, running lights and sound, or working backstage, there’s a place for everyone. No matter your experience level, you’ll be part of a supportive community that works together to put on amazing shows and make lasting memories.
Filmmakers Club
Our club’s mission is to create a fun learning environment for students to experiment with the different aspects of filmmaking and learn about the film world.
Made with Love
The mission of Made with Love is a two-fold path. Our first goal is to serve our community within and outside of school through our shared passion. Our second is that we want to educate as many people as possible from all skill levels on how to crochet or knit.
Rotten Tomatoes
Our mission is to bring people together through film, creating a space to watch, discuss, and appreciate movies from all genres, cultures, and time periods.
Video Game Club
The Video Game Club is a welcoming space for students to connect, collaborate, and compete through a shared love of gaming, celebrating creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in a supportive environment for all players.
California Scholarship Federation (CSF)
National Art Honor Society and Tri-M 2025–26
California Scholarship Federation is a statewide organization that honors outstanding high school students for their academic excellence and service. CSF is recognized by colleges and universities throughout California.
National Art Honor Society (NAHS)
NAHS is dedicated to celebrating artistic expression, cultivating creative leadership, and serving our community through visual arts! Rooted in Carondelet’s values, we empower students to use their talents to make a meaningful impact through art!
National Honor Society (NHS)
The National Honor Society is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students.
National Music Honor Society (Tri-M)
The mission of Tri-M Music Honor Society is to recognize students for their academic and musical achievements on and off campus. The intent is to inspire a combination of music and leadership in the school and local community. This club encourages members to utilize their musical talents to support music education and give back through volunteering.
We envision a world where mental illness is met with understanding and care—never judgment. We empower young people to build connected, empathetic, and supportive school communities where conversations about mental health are welcome and stigma-free.
Cards of Compassion
Our mission is to turn small acts of creativity into connections with our community by handcrafting cards of kindness, comfort, and compassion. We aim to uplift overlooked groups, whether it be senior citizens, veterans, kids in hospitals, community service workers, or anyone in a difficult situation. Through this work, we strive to make a difference, even if it’s by a small gesture. Our club encourages an environment of solidarity by fostering relationships with others and emphasizing a sense of social responsibility through card-making, all while contributing to better the community.
Empower Her
Our purpose is to empower, inspire, and unite ALL women by highlighting inspirational women, advocating for gender equality, and promoting female leadership in our school and beyond.
Environmental Awareness and Action Club (EAAC)
Our mission is to educate students about pressing environmental issues and provide them with meaningful, measurable opportunities to take action and reduce our school’s environmental impact while promoting sustainability.

To empower others and cultivate greatness and positivity through service, encouraging Cougars to make meaningful change.
Neurodiversity Club
Our mission for the Neurodiversity Club is to raise awareness and provide education about learning differences and to create a safe, close-knit environment where everyone feels welcome. In the club, we provide support by focusing on a specific learning topic each month and curating a slideshow to educate, while also spending time with those in the club.
Philanthropy Club
Our club’s mission is to promote philanthropy and community service within the Carondelet community by providing students with opportunities to both raise funds and volunteer their time to support others. We aim to help members develop a strong understanding of how nonprofit organizations function while building skills in fundraising, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Through service projects, school-wide initiatives, and fundraising efforts that support programs like Carondelet Sister Circles, we strive to foster compassion, responsibility, and active involvement in our school and the wider community.
Social Justice Club
The Social Justice Club is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting the values of the Sisters of Saint Joseph. Our mission is to raise awareness of injustices at the local, national, and global levels through advocacy and education. We provide a safe space where students can openly discuss human rights, diversity, and equity issues, and we foster respectful dialogue while valuing diverse opinions. Our ultimate goal is to educate ourselves and promote peace and nonviolence in accordance with our belief, which aligns with the Carondelet community.
Vital Women
The mission of Vital Women is to educate young adults at Carondelet and De La Salle about women’s health and break the stigma around topics such as menstruation, reproductive health, and mental health. We aim to promote awareness and advocacy within both communities and encourage open discussions. Vital Women should also serve as a space to inspire an interest in healthcare, especially for women. Our club will support equity and access to healthcare knowledge that extends beyond the Carondelet and De La Salle community. We are committed to supporting girls and women in need by expanding access to essential healthcare knowledge and resources. Our club’s mission will be lived out with heart, faith, and courage, and with an overall focus on the empowerment of women all over the world.
Our club intends to foster interest in the sport regardless of skill level. It’s intended to be a club where people can connect through play. Badminton is a great way to get exercise during the week and burn off the stress from school.
Basketball Club
The Carondelet Basketball Club aims to grant students a space to enjoy all things to do with basketball. Whether it be watch parties, playing a quick game of 1v1, or simply being a place to hang out with friends and discuss the latest games, Basketball Club is a space where students can appreciate the sport and develop connections with others who have an interest in Basketball. Moreover, Basketball Club is open to anyone: whether you are a Varsity player or someone who hasn’t picked up a basketball in months.

Our mission is to challenge ourselves, support each other, and grow stronger, one mile at a time.
Cougar Nation
Our club’s mission is to build a supportive community that encourages students and families to come together through shared school spirit and athletic events. As a Catholic school organization, we strive to live out the values of faith, hope, excellence, and courage in all that we do. We aim to promote positivity, teamwork, and leadership while bringing people to games, strengthening connections within our school, and creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, included, and inspired to grow both on and off the field.
Cougars United
Cougars United is an athlete mental health awareness club to form a student-athlete community built around our well-being. We seek to help uplift the mental health of student-athletes on campus and expand it to advocating for athlete mental health in our community.
DLS/CHS Trap Team
The Trap team provides students with an opportunity to participate in a competitive and supervised shotgun shooting program. Members are guided by certified coaches who teach both safety and skill development in shooting clay targets. This club provides a safe environment at practice and competitive events. Our club emphasizes good sportsmanship, responsibility, self-discipline, positive academic grades, and personal commitment.
Intramural Sports
To provide students with inclusive, recreational opportunities to participate in a variety of athletic activities promoting teamwork and school community. The club aims to create a supportive and fun environment where students of all skill levels can engage in friendly competition, develop sportsmanship, and build lasting connections outside the classroom.
Volleyball Club
This club strives to develop teamwork, community, and respect in an inclusive environment. Volleyball club will play on Thursdays at lunch. Opportunities for service to our community will be offered when available.
Animal Careers Club
Future Imagineers 2025–26
The mission and purpose of the Animal Careers & Wellness Club is to create a welcoming space where students can explore animal-related careers, learn about animal science and welfare, and promote student wellness through engaging and interactive activities. The club aims to educate students about careers such as veterinary medicine, zoology, and wildlife rehabilitation while also providing fun opportunities for learning through discussions, guest speakers, and other activities. In addition, the club seeks to support student well-being through stress relief events and creative activities inspired by the positive connection between animals and wellness, while building a community for students who share a passion for animals.
Brick by Brick
Our club is meant to explain civil, structural engineering, and architecture concepts and apply them to a small-scale city made out of Legos.
CHS Future Imagineers
The CHS Future Imagineers club is dedicated to inspiring creativity, innovation, and collaboration among students passionate about design and storytelling. Our mission is to explore the connection of art and engineering in creating immersive experiences by combining imagination with real-world problem-solving, empowering members to think like innovators and create meaningful, engaging ideas that will help shape their interests.
Cougars in Cosmetology
Our club’s mission is to help promote self-confidence and make sure all students feel confident and like their most true self. We also strive to help others learn different ways to take care of themselves, whether it be through hair, makeup, or skincare.

Our goal is to educate others and share about coffee traditions around the world.
Math Club
Math Club aims to create consistent tutoring opportunities through after-school group sessions and an organized tutoring calendar to support the entire Carondelet community. We work to raise awareness for math-related events, especially our annual Pi Day celebration, and to potentially spread a positive influence through fundraisers and service projects supporting education. Above all, we strive to be a safe and welcoming space that promotes math excellence, academic support, and sisterhood.
Mock Trial
Mock Trial’s purpose is to prepare for, practice for, and compete in the Contra Costa County Mock Trial competition. Through our preparation, we help students build speaking skills, critical thinking, and understanding of the legal system. Mock Trial is a place where people can explore the field of law and develop a passion for justice.
Model United Nations
We are a mock United Nations club that aims to educate students on global affairs and the importance of diplomacy through conferences, providing public speaking skills, collaboration with peers, and creative thinking to solve world problems.
Spanish Appreciation Club
The Spanish Appreciation Club is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates the Spanish language and culture! Through community engagement, cultural exploration, and collaborative activities, we hope to promote connection and appreciation among all members of our school.
SWENext
Our mission as Carondelet’s SWENext is to empower, teach, and encourage Carondelet students in engineering fields. Since engineering can feel very male-dominated, we want to create a community of women in STEM where everyone feels excited to learn, ask questions, share ideas, and more. We strive to inspire confidence in members for their futures in engineering and technology subjects and connect with the greater SWENext community.
Women in Finance
Our mission is to help young women build real-world money skills through simple but engaging learning experiences. Our club is all about creating a supportive space where we can understand personal finance together and bridge the financial gap. It will help members with topics like budgeting or starting potential careers in business and/or finance, and help confidence flourish.
