Kimber started working at Carondelet in September 2019 and feels grateful to have been able to spend her first four months here building strong connections and experiencing on-campus life before the world changed.
She began her professional career in London, (ironically) working for a US-based test prep company, where she served as the Lead Marketing Manager for graduate-level standardized test prep products (GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT) in major markets throughout the EMEA region including the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Germany.
Since returning to the states, Kimber has had the opportunity to connect with audiences in a digital and print communications capacity across various industries including Technology, Hospitality/Travel, and of course, Education.
During her undergraduate and graduate studies, Kimber also completed several internships at multiple organizations throughout the USA and abroad including The Walt Disney World College Program, Allegheny Energy, KTLA-Channel 5 Los Angeles, ITC Travel, CNBC Europe, Mediaset Italia, and Wiley Publishing UK.
Kimber’s name is Kimber. It is not short for Kimberly. To students, she is known as Ms. Powers.
