I am a lifelong learner who is passionate about health and wellness. I strive to help our students be advocates for their own well-being as well as develop the skills necessary to maintain a healthy body and mind. When not on campus, I enjoy spending time with my family (which includes husband and four boys), hiking, playing volleyball and traveling.
