Jill has been the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications since the fall of 2019. Prior to joining Carondelet, Jill was a founding principal consultant for C-Suite Solutions and had her own consulting firm. She also led three business development, client service, and marketing communication teams at top national and California-based professional service firms.
She thrives on competitively positioning Carondelet in the educational marketplace and across all marketing channels. She is passionate about team building, mentoring, and coaching others.
Jill grew up in California and England. Her father was in an internment camp as a young, third-generation, Japanese-American child, and later spent thirty years as a decorated Air Force intelligence officer. Her beloved mother was a kindergarten teacher. From an early age, her parents instilled in her a focus on faith, family, lifelong learning, volunteering, and fostering an inclusive community.
