This course offers a thorough examination of Theatre Design, with a concentration on scenic design, costumes, props, and the establishment of atmosphere using technical elements and effects. It encompasses the historical and contextual aspects of theatre, tracing the development of design elements and innovations. Students will refine their design skills through hands-on experiences and projects, gaining a comprehensive understanding of design in both theatrical and broader contexts.
Completion of TMS with a C- or better both semesters
