This course is designed to increase students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Students entering Spanish 3 should be able to hold simple conversations, ask and answer basic questions, and write short paragraphs. Upon completion of the third level of language, students will have been exposed to the fundamental concepts and structures of Spanish. Cultural understanding will be presented through readings, supplementary materials, and discussions/conversations. This class is conducted primarily in Spanish. Honors credit is given to students who fulfill the honors criteria outlined by teachers at the beginning of each unit. To earn honors for the semester, students must complete all of the honors work in that given semester.
Completion of Spanish 2 with a C
