Tom Olinger, P ’19

Tom Olinger is an international business expert in real estate and technology. He served from 2007 to 2022 as chief financial officer at Prologis, a logistics real estate company he helped grow to among the 75 largest firms in the S&P 500. Institutional Investor Publishing consistently ranked Tom in the top three CFOs of public companies. Before joining Prologis, he was an executive at Oracle Corp. and spent 14 years at Arthur Anderson Consulting. He is on the board of American Assets Trust, a public real estate company; is a member of Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean’s Council, the University of Notre Dame Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate Advisory Board, and the University of San Diego Policy Advisory Board of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate; and is involved in a financial and mentorship support program for foster youth attending San Diego State University.
