Working for Hollywood Stars

Madison White ’13 has hung up her swim goggles to help counsel aspiring artists and  Hollywood superstars in the entertainment business.

Madison White ’13

After graduating Carondelet, I went to UCLA with a full scholarship for swimming and competed at NCAAs all four years and the 2016 Olympic Trials. I even got to spend a year in 2015 with Allison Gargalikis Wine ’11 at UCLA and be on a relay with her again!

I am so grateful for the opportunities swimming has given me and being a student-athlete at UCLA was an unforgettable experience. Swimming has been a huge part of my life and always will be, but after college I hung up the cap and goggles and went to Southwestern Law School. I did the two-year SCALE program and graduated in May 2019.

I work at United Talent Agency (UTA) in Business Affairs in Los Angeles. UTA is one of the world’s leading talent and entertainment companies representing clients in film, television, news, sports, video gaming and more. We help our clients move, entertain, inform, and inspire the world. We work with some of the preeminent artists, storytellers, and entertainers of our time. Our clients include Harrison Ford, Ryan Seacrest, Bret Baier (Fox News Anchor), Stacey Abrams (Political Superstar), and John Leguizamo. In Business Affairs, we help negotiate contracts in order to get the best deal for our clients.

I am lucky that I am able to work from home during this time and have been spending a lot of time with my family, which has been really nice!

I haven’t been back on campus yet, but I would love to come back to see some familiar faces and see the new pool!

We want to hear from you! Please send us an update and share what’s new in your life with your fellow alums.
