National Merit Semifinalist: Alexandra M. ’25

“I am honored to have become a National Merit Semifinalist,” says Alexandra. “And I am grateful for the opportunities it provides me with.” Alexandra enjoys a wide variety of academic topics, but is most interested in pursuing a career in economics and mathematics. Her ideal career would be a college professor for the possibility to both teach and conduct research. “I’ve learned that success is always possible when you put your mind to it,” says Alexandra. “Goals aren’t outside the realm of possibility if you’re willing to put in the work, and people are often capable of more than they think.” Congratulations on this achievement, Alexandra!
