Investigate like a Carondelet Student

Collecting clues and solving crimes, students are tagging and bagging evidence to figure out “who done it” in this collaborative science lab.

“Oh my gosh! There’s blood on it!”

Usually, that’s not a sentence we hear, or one our students are so excited to shout. This week though, lab classes were solving crimes by surveying, documenting, and preserving evidence.

So that blood? It’s a clue.

It’s all part of Dr. Hutches’s elective science course where she teaches collaborative and hands-on Forensic Science. Students learning remotely logged on at home to walk scientists on the ground through the lab.
