Jennifer Ghelfi de Smedt ’85, P ’22, ’24 (DLS)

Jennifer Ghelfi de Smedt ’85 is an organization culture consultant and leadership coach who aligns strategy, people, and culture. She is founder and principal of Ghelfi-De Smedt and Associates, partnering with leaders and influencers to discover values, behaviors, and competencies that enable organizations and individuals to thrive. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development from University of San Francisco. She is a certified Executive Coach and holds professional certifications in Conversational Intelligence, Core Values Index, and Integrative Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is part of a large legacy in both the Carondelet and De La Salle communities, a legacy that includes her daughter Chloë (’22), her son Dominic (DLS ’24), and Jennifer’s four siblings and their children.
