The nonprofit Hijas del Campo, which translates to Daughters of the Field, visited campus to pick up tables, benches, and planters built by our Engineering for Social Good class, led by Miranda (Ripoli) Cozzone ’06.
Our partnership with this organization dates back to the 2021-22 school year when students designed, constructed, and donated a tiny house on wheels for local farmworkers.
In 2023, students also designed and constructed a rest station.
