October Flag Football Clinic Details
Clinic Date: Thursday, October 16
Clinic Start/End Time: 4:00–6:00 PM*
Location: 3737 Valley Vista Road (Directly Across from Boundary Oak Golf Course), Carondelet Athletics Complex (CAC)
Price: $30 - includes a clinic t-shirt, post-clinic snack, and free entry for middle school clinic participants to the Senior Night Flag Football Game, which starts at 6:30 PM onsite.

* Campers who are unable to attend the post-clinic varsity game can be picked up in the CAC Lobby at 5:30 PM after collecting their snack and t-shirt. If your daughter will be staying for the evening event, please plan to return to the complex at 6:00 PM to prepare for game check-in and family seating.
Note: If you have more than one daughter who would like to attend, please complete a separate form for each, as we are required to have documentation on each participant, even if they live in the same household.

October Flag Football Clinic Refund Policy & Cancellation:
All families are eligible for a full refund for the October Flag Football Clinic until Monday, October 13, at 11:59 PM. From October 14, refunds will only be available on a 50 percent basis. If Carondelet/Carondelet Athletics is required to cancel the clinic for any reason, all families will receive a full refund. You will be notified of this decision via email should it become necessary.
