Parking Permits

On-campus parking is a privilege for many of our juniors and seniors.

For the 2019-20 school year, we will be giving priority to our senior students with carpools, followed in order by single-rider seniors, juniors with carpools, and single-rider juniors. This system is in place so that we can accommodate as many students as possible in our parking lot. Please note this is not a first-come, first-served application process. All applications before the deadline will be considered.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate all of our driving students. At this time we are only accepting requests from rising seniors and juniors.

Common Questions

What if I won't have my license until after 2019-20 year begins?

I won’t have my driver’s license until after the 2019-20 school year starts. Can I still request a parking permit?

Class of 2020 Yes, please fill out the senior request form. However, you will automatically be placed on our waitlist if you do not have your driver’s license in hand by August 12, 2019. We put this policy in place to ensure that we are maximizing space in our parking lot. If parking spaces open up during the 2019-20 school year, we will use a lottery system to determine who will be assigned a parking space from our waitlist.

I'm waitlisted. what now?

I have been waitlisted. What do I do now?

Once the Jean Hofmann STEM Innovation Center is completed in the late fall, Carondelet will be opening up an additional 50 parking spaces in the parking garage. In the meantime, waitlisted students are encouraged to find carpools, reserve a seat on the Carondelet Shuttle, or create a plan to park in legal street parking on North Wiget Lane in the Shadelands business park.
