At-home rapid tests for your family
As you may have heard, the government is providing at-home COVID-19 tests via USPS. Please click visit the USPS site to order your at-home tests, free of charge.
Check back for updated dates soon.
There is no need to sign up for an appointment ahead of time. Please be patient if you need to wait in line since our goal is to ensure that our Carondelet community is safe as we return to school. There will be certain times of the day when the line will be longer so plan accordingly.
When arriving at the testing site at the Covent Community Room, you will scan a QR code to register and upload the consent form (if under 18 years old you will need a signature from your parent/guardian).
After you take the antigen test, you should expect to wait for results for approximately 10-15 minutes. If there’s a positive result from the antigen test, that individual will then take a PCR test (if available ) to confirm the initial result.
Students under 18 years old must have a completed Consent Form with a parent/guardian’s signature. Bring a signed hard copy to your test and you will be prompted to take a photo and upload it from your phone.
Returning after Isolation/Quarantine
Students who have tested positive, must have a negative test to return to school. That test must be administered by a healthcare provider or school admin. Schoolwide antigen testing dates qualify.
Students needing to test to return to school are encouraged to bring their own, unopened rapid tests to the Main office and the test will be administered by a Carondelet admin.
Rest of Semester
Carondelet students have access to weekly PCR testing on De La Salle’s campus. Agile Force will be on-campus every Wednesday in January, from 1-5 PM until further notice. Visit the De La Salle On-Campus COVID-19 Testing webpage for dates and to schedule an appointment.
