And our new Carondelet Athletics Complex is a world-class athletics facility that provides a playing field for our students to explore their full potential.

On December 1, CIF released a statement that no decisions will be made regarding the start date for Season 1 sports (CIF Sponsored Sports-Cross Country, Volleyball and Water Polo; Non-CIF sponsored sports: Sideline Cheer, Dance, and Rugby) until at least January 1. We will know more details once CIF works with California Department of Public Health and announces its new plan after January 1.
We are working on continuing to offer athletic cohorts, which will follow the allowed guidelines and protocols that are still in place with Contra Costa Health, for the next two weeks. The running of these camps are dependent upon any new updates or guidelines handed down from the County or State. In addition we will work on a plan once we start school again on Jan. 11, hopefully with clear guidance from CIF.
The CIF and NCS has postponed 2020-21 athletics events. Once team schedules are set and finalized, they will appear on this page. Read full NCS statement on start dates for fall and spring sports.
In order to follow COVID safety protocols, all athletic gear/equipment must be placed in the locker room prior to the start of the school day. If gear/equipment is left in school hallways it will be removed.
Repeat offenders will temporarily lose access to their gear and could be suspended from team activities for a week or longer.
Hear from Carondelet Athletics staff about ongoing camps and cohorts, anticipated tryout dates, and sport-specific information based on schedules from NCS.
