Following a 3-1 victory over the Foothill Falcons on Wednesday, in the semifinals of the 2018 North Coast Section/Les Schwab Tires Division I Girls Soccer Championships, the Carondelet soccer team advanced to the NCS Finals for the third straight season.

In their return to the NCS Championship game, the Cougars will take on Monte Vista (21-1-1) on Saturday, February 24. Kickoff for the NCS Division I Girls Soccer Championship game is scheduled for 1 pm and Dublin High School.

Carondelet has three convincing NCS Playoff victories this season, having defeated Berkeley, 4-1, in the opening round, followed by a 5-0 win over Amador Valley in the quarterfinal round.

The Mustangs, currently ranked #1 in the state, advanced to the championship game with wins over Irvington (6-0), Liberty (7-0) and California (2-0).

Ticket prices for the NCS Championship Soccer games are $10 for adults and $6 for seniors, high school students with a valid student body ID card and pre-high school added children who are accompanied by an adult.
