Jesse Juinio musters 5 home runs and 11 hits
"The feeling was so nice when my hitting came together after all the hard work in the offseason. I felt that I was seeing the ball really well," said Jesse Juinio '21.

Seeing the ball is an under statement for the hard hitting sophomore. Juinio mustered 11 hits; including 5 home runs and 3 doubles in a five game performance at the Livermore Stampede Tournament.

Jesse is very optimistic about the team's play of late: "We started off a little slow, but I would say we're getting better every game. We can see our improvement in games when we play a strong team like Foothill. We held it down for the most part, but there are areas for growth. I am very proud of how our team has been doing lately." The Cougars are 6-1 in league and 9-6-1 overall. With optimism and hard work, the Cougars keep finding ways to compete.
