Enter Carondelet's Tuition Assistance+ collaboration with Vituity Cares, a foundation committed to empowering students from under-represented backgrounds to pursue careers in healthcare. Since its founding in 2019, Vituity Cares has focused on building a more diverse, culturally competent healthcare workforce. 

For Nicollette Guillen Mitra '08 and her husband, Joseph Mitra, giving back to Carondelet is both an act of faith and a reflection of gratitude. A proud Carondelet alumna and small business owner, Nicollette carries with her the values and sisterhood she experienced as a student—values that continue to shape her life, family, and work.
