Piper brings to Carondelet over 10 years of athletic administration experience. She began her career as a sports information intern – tracking team statistics, writing game releases, and working event operations. After graduating from law school, she returned to athletics in the college setting, working as a compliance officer at her alma mater, Saint Mary’s College of California. In this capacity she worked closely with coaches from recruiting through enrollment and assisted families with financial aid, admissions and eligibility.

She joined Carondelet in 2021 to elevate the athletics program and create a positive and competitive experience for the young athletes at Carondelet. Piper brings the experience of overseeing five sports at the collegiate level, including hiring, budget oversight, fundraising and student athlete experience.

When she’s not cheering on the Carondelet Cougars, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Goldendoodle, Teddy.
