Engineering, Architecture Design, and Drafting

This course is an introduction to industrial drafting, design, visual recognition, and proportion. Students will develop skills and understanding in drawing, visual recognition, and proportioning through the use of drafting tools, symbols, and language. Emphasis will also be placed on developing the student’s ability to design utilizing tools, symbols, and language. There is also a construction component involving the students completed designs, the creation of a model, and the exploration of structure and architectural aesthetics.
