Dear Cougar Athletics Sports Clinics Community,
During this transition into social distancing, we wanted to reach out and let you know we are thinking of you and wishing your families the best of health and prosperity. This new temporary way of life can feel isolating, but we hope you can still find ways to connect each day with loved ones near and far.
As we continue to closely monitor daily guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Contra Costa Health Services, we feel optimistic that all recent #stopthespread measures put into place throughout the Bay Area will help our region flatten the curve of the virus before the summer months arrive.
Keeping this in focus, our Girls’ sports clinics are still scheduled to run for all previously planned sessions in June and July. Our coaches are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your daughters to our campus and are working hard to build clinics that will be engaging, informative, and memorable for the summer.
Lastly, to accommodate changes in the global economic market that will impact summer travel and plans for many families, we have updated our cancellation and refund policy as of 4/2/2020:
Cancellation Policy: Carondelet Summer Sports Clinics are subject to cancellation in the unlikely event that minimum registration is not met or if social distancing policies remain in place throughout the summer. If clinics are canceled, all registered families are eligible to receive a full refund or future credit towards a Cougar Athletics Sports Clinic for summer 2021.
Refund Policy: Due to current changes in the global economic marketplace, we want to accommodate the shifting needs of families as they plan summer travel and activities. Registration fees for all Cougar Athletics Girls’ Sports Clinics are fully refundable up to the first date of the clinics’ start date. In lieu of a refund, you may also choose to receive a full credit certificate that can be applied towards a summer sports clinic for 2021 at this year’s rate.
All cancellation and refund policies are subject to change.
This page will be updated with any significant changes to plans for our sports clinics as we know more, but we encourage you to move forward and reserve your daughter’s spot.
